3. Refunds
- Refunds for items or services are handled directly between the buyer and the seller.
- La Kompra United States does not mediate refunds unless a paid premium service or listing has a technical issue.
- If a paid listing or featured ad fails to appear due to a system error, contact our support at [email protected] within 7 days for review.
4. Returns
- La Kompra United States does not handle physical product returns, as all sales are user-to-user transactions.
- Buyers and sellers should agree on return terms before completing any purchase.
- We encourage users to inspect items in person and communicate clearly about conditions and expectations.
5. Premium Listings Refunds
- Premium Ads ($2.99 for 90 days Featured): If a technical error prevents your premium ad from being published, you may request a refund within 7 days.
- Free listings and standard ads are not eligible for refunds.
