3. Refunds

  • Refunds for items or services are handled directly between the buyer and the seller.
  • La Kompra United States does not mediate refunds unless a paid premium service or listing has a technical issue.
  • If a paid listing or featured ad fails to appear due to a system error, contact our support at [email protected] within 7 days for review.

4. Returns

  • La Kompra United States does not handle physical product returns, as all sales are user-to-user transactions.
  • Buyers and sellers should agree on return terms before completing any purchase.
  • We encourage users to inspect items in person and communicate clearly about conditions and expectations.

5. Premium Listings Refunds

  • Premium Ads ($2.99 for 90 days Featured): If a technical error prevents your premium ad from being published, you may request a refund within 7 days.
  • Free listings and standard ads are not eligible for refunds.
